Marketing helps you get reviews, referrals and repeat work. Open More, then Marketing.

Do the common things
Ask for reviews
- Open Settings, then Marketing. Add your review link.
- Trade Sure asks customers after a job. Happy customers go to your review page. Unhappy ones send private feedback to you.
Run referrals
- Open Marketing, then Referrals.
- Each customer gets a referral link. You see who was referred.
Send an email campaign
- Open Marketing, then Campaigns, then add a new one.
- Write the message and choose who gets it.
- Send now or schedule it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
What the statuses mean
- Draft: not ready to send.
- Scheduled: will send at the time you chose.
- Sending and Sent: on the way, and finished.
If something looks wrong
- A customer still gets emails after unsubscribing: check the client record. Unsubscribed people are skipped.
- Review requests are not going: check Automations and that the module is on.
- Marketing is missing from the menu: the module is switched off.
