What this page is for

Do the common things
Create a plan
- Open Settings, then Care plans.
- Add a plan with a name, a monthly price and what it includes.
- Save. The plan gets its own public page.
Sign a customer up
- Send the customer the plan's public link. They fill in their details and set up a Direct Debit.
- Or open the client and click Add to a plan.
See your members
- Open Care plans. Each member shows a status and their next payment.
Add the included service
- When a plan includes a service visit, a recurring job is made for you.
What the statuses mean
- Pending: signed up, Direct Debit not set up yet.
- Active: paying.
- Past due: a payment failed. Trade Sure chases the customer.
- Paused, Cancelled, Ended: no longer collecting.
If something looks wrong
- A member is past due: wait for the next attempt, or contact the customer.
- A discount does not show on a quote: check the client is an active member.
- Care plans are missing: they need the Payments module and a GoCardless connection.
